Representative Experience

  • Obtained multiple summary judgments for insurance brokers in cases involving claims of professional negligence, fraud, violations of the Texas Insurance Code, and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
  • Submitted briefing to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in case for a national collection agency resulting in an affirmance of the trial court’s dismissal with prejudice.
  • Obtained Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal for an apartment complex in a declaratory judgment action.
  • Secured a favorable judgment for a national contractor following a one-day bench trial in a breach of contract case.
