Obtained multiple summary judgments for insurance brokers in cases involving claims of professional negligence, fraud, violations of the Texas Insurance Code, and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Submitted briefing to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in case for a national collection agency resulting in an affirmance of the trial court’s dismissal with prejudice.
Obtained Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal for an apartment complex in a declaratory judgment action.
Secured a favorable judgment for a national contractor following a one-day bench trial in a breach of contract case.
